Can I return a template?
Yes, but the
following apply:
- Return must requested within
five (5) days of receipt of the template
- Must obtain a Return
Authorization Number (RAN)
- Condition of template must
be the same as when shipped
- No refund on any shipping
charges
- No returns on custom-made
templates

What sort of warranty do you offer?
All templates, except the
specialty hole-drilling template have 1 year warranty against
defects, etc. The hole-drilling template has a life-time
warrant against breaking, etc. However, these warranties do
not cover mistakes, errors, etc caused by the user, such as routing
an edge off, etc! See FAQ "Boo-Boo Coverage" to protect against such
accidents.

Boo-Boo
Coverage
Boo-Boo coverage means just that - insurance when you
make a boo-boo with your template and you damage it. It is
offered on select items and it gives the Woodworker the following
coverage:
- If the template is damaged, simply send it back to
RouterTemplate.Net and we will ship you a replacement
entirely free - you only pay the shipping charges. No
"ifs ands or buts". No catches.
- You can do this two times
per template - after that you need to purchase a new one - and you
need to learn to be more careful :)
Coverage must be purchased at
the same time as the template.

I don't
have a PayPal account - how else can I pay?
You have numerous options to
pay. You can still use the PayPal system to pay with a
credit card
without having a PayPal account. This is how you do it:
- From the "Shopping Cart"
screen, select the "Proceed to checkout" button
- On the left side of the
screen, towards the bottom, there is a section called "Don't
have a PayPal account?", and below it are images of various
credit cards. Select the hyperlink called "Continue" to
proceed.
- Fill in the required credit
card fields - this is a secure site. When complete select
the "Review Order and Continue" button.
You can also send a check or
money order (shipping will be delayed until they have cleared) to

What are your Shipping Charges?
The shipping charges are based
purely on the size, weight & shipping method of the template.
The default shipping is USPS parcel mail. To see the shipping
charges select the "Add to Cart" button of the item, and it will be
shown in the "Shopping Cart" screen. To remove the item from the
Shopping Cart, select the remove button on that screen.
We at
RouterTemplate.Net do NOT jack up the price of shipping and
handling to make an extra profit. The shipping fees are
calculated on what actually it costs to ship the item (plus or minus
50 cents or so) and there is no additional fee for "handling".

contiguous 48 states of the USA - please contact us for prices at
